Benson Electric Safety Message

Safety is a top priority at Benson Electric. We are continually updating our safety requirements and strive to meet or exceed today’s Construction Safety standards. Safety meetings are held weekly on all jobsites and employees are trained to understand our safety procedures. We comply with all OSHA Safety Standards on the jobsite and have many individuals trained in MSHA standards as well. Benson Electric is also qualified to work on many industrial sites including Murphy Oil and Enbridge pipeline property. The ISNetworld safety database is utilized for this purpose. We do work for many railroads including CN and BNSF and have employees that are qualified for these properties..

We employ a full-time safety coordinator who is a certified OSHA instructor qualified to instruct others in OSHA 10 and 10+20 programs. For all questions or concerns relating to safety, please feel free to contact our Safety Coordinator, Nathan Sapik.

Classes are held on a regular basis in our facility, at various job sites, vocational colleges and by IBEW Local 242.
